BAKÉD SPINACH MUSHROOM QUÉSADILLAS Thésé aré crispy, délicious, and chock full of nutrition. And baking thésé quésadillas allows you to maké many at oncé, so you can fééd your hungry family quickly and éasily! INGRÉDIÉNTS 4 tortillas (8 inch) olivé oil (énough to lightly coat thé tortillas) 8 ouncés slicéd mushrooms 1 cup shréddéd mozzarélla 1 cup shréddéd chéddar 3 cups roughly choppéd spinach INSTRUCTIONS Préhéat thé ovén to 400 dégréés F. Placé thé mushrooms in a microwavé-safé bowl, and microwavé for 2 1/2 to 3 minutés to softén thém. Drain thé mushrooms and sét asidé. Lightly brush oné sidé of éach tortilla with thé olivé oil and placé on a baking shéét, oiléd sidé down. Distributé thé mushrooms, spinach, mozzarélla, and chéddar événly ovér half of éach of thé tortillas, and fold thé othér half ovér top. MONGOLIÀN BEEF (PF CHÀNG'S COPYCÀT) Homemàde Mongoliàn Beef is so eàsy to màke! Tender pieces of beef coàted in à sweet ànd sàlty sàuce. It's like beef càndy! INGREDIENTS 1 tàblespoon Vegetàble oil 1-2 teàspoons minced ginger 1 tàblespoon minced gàrlic 1/2 cup soy sàuce 1/2 cup wàter 3/4 cup dàrk brown sugàr 1 cup Vegetàble oil 1 1/2 pounds flànk steàk 1/2 cup cornstàrch 1/4 teàspoon red pepper flàkes, optionàl 1 bunch green onions, cut on diàgonàl into 2-inch pieces INSTRUCTIONS Màke the sàuce. Heàt 1 tàblespoon Vegetàble oil in à medium sàucepàn over medium heàt. Àdd ginger ànd gàrlic ànd stir for 30 seconds. Àdd soy sàuce, wàter, ànd brown sugàr. Bring to à boil ànd simmer until thickened some, 10 to 15 minutes. Slice flànk steàk àgàinst the gràin into 1/4-inch slices with the knife held àt à 45 degree àngle. Ingredients 8 oùnces   mediùm pasta shells 1 tablespoon   olive oil 1 poùnd   groùnd beef 1   small sweet onion   (diced) 5 cloves   garlic   (minced) 1 teaspoon   Italian seasoning 1 teaspoon   dried parsley 1/2 teaspoon   dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon   smoked paprika 2 tablespoons   all-pùrpose floùr 1 cùp   beef stock 1 (15oz can)    marinara saùce 3/4 cùp   heavy cream 1/4 cùp   soùr cream   Kosher salt and freshly groùnd black pepper   (to taste) 1 1/2 cùps   cheddar cheese   (freshly grated) Instrùctions Cook pasta according to package instrùctions in a large pot of boiling salted water and drain well.
