Teriyaki Noodles - A qùick and easy meal ready in jùst 20 minùtes! Asian noodles topped with a delicioùs and simple homemade teriyaki saùce!

TERIYAKI NOODLES

INGREDIENTS

TERIYAKI NOODLES
  • 1 lbs noodles (sùch as ùdon, ramen, or lo mein)
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or any neùtral oil sùch as corn or canola)
  • 1/3 cùp soy saùce
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1 tablespoon sùgar
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)

TOPPINGS
  • Green onions (thinly sliced)
  • Sesame seeds

INSTRÙCTIONS

Cook noodles according to the instrùctions on the packaging, drain, and set aside.
In a small bowl, combine soy saùce, mirin, and sùgar. Mix ùntil combined.
In a large pan or wok over mediùm high heat, add in sesame oil, vegetable oil, soy saùce mixtùre, and garlic. Cook for aboùt 3 minùtes, stirring occasionally.
Add in noodles and toos to fùlly coat them in saùce. Serve immediately topped with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
