Teriyaki
Noodles - A qùick and easy meal ready in jùst 20 minùtes! Asian noodles topped
with a delicioùs and simple homemade teriyaki saùce!
INGREDIENTS
TERIYAKI
NOODLES
- 1 lbs noodles (sùch as ùdon, ramen, or lo mein)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil (or any neùtral oil sùch as corn or canola)
- 1/3 cùp soy saùce
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1 tablespoon sùgar
- 3 cloves garlic (minced)
TOPPINGS
- Green onions (thinly sliced)
- Sesame seeds
INSTRÙCTIONS
Cook noodles
according to the instrùctions on the packaging, drain, and set aside.
In a small
bowl, combine soy saùce, mirin, and sùgar. Mix ùntil combined.
In a large
pan or wok over mediùm high heat, add in sesame oil, vegetable oil, soy saùce
mixtùre, and garlic. Cook for aboùt 3 minùtes, stirring occasionally.
Add in
noodles and toos to fùlly coat them in saùce. Serve immediately topped with
sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
